Furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, it features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and one with a shower — and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, cookware, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently. The apartment also features a TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, available for an additional charge.

The private entrance and private garden, furnished with a table and seating, provide the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

Guests have access to the property’s shared swimming pool, reserved for staying guests and available during the opening season.

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Additional changes are available on request and at an extra charge.
