Located on the ground floor and furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, it features one double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The living area, complete with a sofa and dining space, provides a comfortable place to relax after a day spent exploring the surrounding area.
The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, cookware, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently. The apartment also features a TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, available for an additional charge.
Outside, guests can enjoy a small furnished patio, ideal for relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere of the hamlet.
Guests have access to the property’s shared swimming pool, reserved for staying guests and available during the opening season.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Additional changes are available on request and at an extra charge.
